Ramsey's family in her death.

"unexplained third party."
Jon Benet was just six years old
when her body was found in the family's
home on Christmas Day 1996.
Her parents, John and Patsy
Ramsey, were long said to be under an
"umbrella of suspicion."
Prosectuors apologized to the
family today, saying, "To the extent
that this office has added to the
distress suffered by the Ramsey
family... I offer my deepest apology."
Authorities still don't have a
match on who committed the crime.
Patsy Ramsey did not live to see
the charges cleared. She died of
ovarian cancer two years ago.
