The fatal shooting of a teenageer yesterday in Danville has police trying to piece together what happened.
They say 14-year-old Kevin Warren was shot while playing with a gun with another juvenile.

Yesterday in Court White's attorneys had argued that their client would not get a fair trial because of pre-trial publicity and the case's impact on the community.
Circuit Judge James Ingram denied the request saying the majority of the media coverage happened when the crime occurred more than a year ago.
