The fatal shooting of a teenageer yesterday in Danville has police trying to
piece together what happened.
They say 14-year-old Kevin Warren was shot while playing with a gun with
another juvenile.

Yesterday in Court White's attorneys had argued that their client would not

Circuit Judge James Ingram denied the request saying the majority of the
media coverage happened when the crime occurred more than a year ago.
