Chase Newman.
The 17- year- old is accused of killing Anthony Scott Whitlock during a
drive by shooting in February at Westside trailer court.

trigger.
Defense attorneys, however, argued Newman did not own the vehicle and the
windows were tinted.

Police say 16-year-old Toby R. Sin-cino came to school armed with a handgun
and shot a teacher in the FACE. Then, he went to a teacher's workroom
where ANOTHER teacher collapsed and died.
It was NOT clear if she had been shot, but an initial examination did not
reveal any wounds on her body.
Sin-cino then tried to get into the school's office before he shot and killed
himself.
The wounded teacher was in serious but stable condition at a local hospital.
