The future does not look bright for residents of Justice House.
The low- income apartment building is now without electricity.
And for short while yesterday, residents were even without water.
This all comes in the midst of the ongoing dispute over who is responsible

The loss of power came as no surprise to residents here.
But they certainly weren't expecting the water to be shut off.
For two hours it was-- and water officials point the finger at the Hayden
family.
David Hayden founded Justice House five years ago and his wife was listed as
the person responsible for paying the water bills.
Hayden told News 7 he DID have his wife's name taken off the account, but he
didn't know that meant the water supply would dry up.
Right now Justice House residents aren't concerned with who is responsible
for the bills.
And they're not concerned about questions surrounding ownership or
management.
They just want a home for themselves and their children.

Martinsville thought they had a murder suspect, instead they nabbed a man
with a stash of counterfeit cash.
Police made the find while searching a suspect who they believed was
involved in Sunday night's fatal shooting of 25- year- old Orbin Smith, Junior.
They found a sealed plastic bag on the man containing some 14-hundred
dollars in counterfeit bills.
The money has been turned over to the Secret Service-- which is now
handling the investigation.
Meanwhile, police still have NOT made any arrests in the murder.
