Lieutenant Governor Don Beyer says Allen criticized Mary Sue Terry in 19-93 for accepting 500- dollars from an investor in the pollution- plagued Kim-Stan landfill she prosecuted as Attorney General.
A spokesman for the Governor says he would NOT return the contributions.

Police in Henry County are investigating the murder of a 15-year-old Martinsville High School student.
The body of Lavina Scales was found on Route 679 in Bassett last night, after a motorist spotted the body over an embankment.
Police say she had been shot.

Police in Henry County are investigating the fatal shooting of a 15-year-old Martinsville High School student.
The body of Lavina Scales was found on Route 679 in Bassett last night, after a motorist spotted the body over an embankment.
Scales had been reported as runaway, and was last seen by her family Monday afternoon.

The grandfather, uncle and stepfather of TWO children KILLED in a car wreck last week in Danville were arrested and jailed when they BLOCKED the intersection where the collision occurred.
