Her son, Anthony, was treated for second degree burns and internal injuries back in March.
Medical records also show the toddler had cocaine in his system.
The abuse happened while the boy was in the care of Harvey's friend,

Tonya Basham.
Basham was sentenced to thirty years in prison earlier this week.
Harvey's attorney said the mother should've received a light sentence because she did not cause the physical scars.
But prosecutors argued that Harvey left the emotional ones.

Police say he was stabbed in the neck several times.

They'll lose their jobs January third.
