After the traditional seven days of mourning, they gathered in the square
yesterday where Yitzhak Rabin was killed to deal with their national tragedy.
Rabin's widow visited his grave in Jerusalem today.
She was joined by acting Prime Minister Shimon Peres.
Threats have been made against Peres as well, and his security people did
not want him to attend the rally.
It now seems clear that Rabin's killer had help.
All of the suspects arrested are orthodox jewish extremists.
Many of the radical extremists are settlers who live in the West Bank.
They disagree with Rabin's views of compromise with palestinians.

month.
The Jefferson Club says new tax laws led to a declining dining membership on
the 16th floor of the First Union Building.
Another downtown institution will shut down next year.
Heironimus will vacate its familiar space on Jefferson Street, as Roanoke
joins the ranks of other Virginia cities that no longer have a downtown
department store.
Virginia has apparently gained a reputation as a good place to move a
business to.
The Commonwealth placed fifth in a recent ranking of the best states for
industrial relocation.
Plans to add 400 workers and operate 24 hours a day have been put on hold at
the Goodyear tire plant in Danville.
Company and union negotiators can't seem to agree upon the conditions needed
to make the plant run seven days a week.
The RADVA Corporation of Radford will get out of the business of making its
patented building panels so it can move into another arena.
The company wants to concentrate on its overseas business, which is booming.
Checking the Dow Jones Industrial Average for the week, it rose 45-points,
closing at a record 4870.37.

in at six-million-dollars.

On lap 61 he waited for Sterling Marlin to pit and he led a lap giving him
the 1995 Winston Cup Points championship.
Gordon won seven races this year and he led Dale Earnhardt by 147 points
entering the race.

by as much as 3 seconds.
Hut Stricklin went high on the track and hit the wall bringing out the
second caution of the day the first because of a crash.
Ernie Irvan was having another good run he was in second place behind
Earnhardt with 100 laps to go in the race.
But Earnhardt did everything he had to do to win the title he led the most
laps and he took the checkered flag winning the NAPA 500 for his fifth win of
the season.
