Topping the news this afternoon the Bosnian peace talks.
After three weeks at the bargaining table and nearly four years at war, Bosnia's warring factions have reportedly reached an agreement.
President Clinton spoke from the Rose Garden this morning to say the Serbs, Croats and Muslims have agreed on a peace plan.
The Balkan leaders have been holding talks at an Air Force Base near Dayton Ohio.
There had been reports that the peace talks had collapsed early this morning amid territorial issues.
Byron Harlan is at the Wright Patterson Airforce Base with more.

The search for one of two brothers wanted in a Henry County murder is over.
At the urging of family members 18-year-old Harden Ward surrendered to police in Prince George's County, Maryland early this morning.

Ward and his brother, 24-year-old Michael Ward, are suspects in last month's shooting death of 25-year-old Orbin Smith.
Michael Ward remains at large.
In addition to Smith's murder, the two are wanted in connection with five armed robberies in the county.

Last night there was another unrelated armed robbery in Henry County.
Authorities say the Kroger store on 2-20 South was robbed at about 11-30. ESS/FULL
The suspect is described as an African-American Male, about 30 years old, between 5'9" - 5'10" and weighing between 150 and 160 pounds.
He has a mustache, and was wearing purple sweats and a camouflage jacket at the time of the robbery.

Planners of the proposed Smart Road linking Blacksburg to Interstate-81 have encountered a major roadblock.
Last night the Montgomery County Board of Supervisors voted four to three NOT to rezone 140 acres of agricultural and forest land for the project.
The vote halts the project until state transportation department decides whether to appeal to the circuit court.

Meantime the autopsy results are in on another sudden young death, this one at Virginia's boot camp for young criminals.
Twenty- four- year old Ronell Mason of Bluefield died September 18th while doing pushups at the Southampton Intensive Treatment Center.
Autopsy results show he was suffering from Sickle Cell Anemia.
The disease can be complicated by rigorous physical exercise and can lead to death.
It's not clear whether Mason had been diagnosed before he entered the boot camp.

At one time, Womack had attempted to buy the newspaper for 19- million dollars.

Banks avoided his leg and wound up in the endzone, but Gieck didn't avoid disciplinary action.
Gieck accepted the penalty last night and admitting he stuck his leg out, but he says he never intended to trip or hurt Banks.
He says the action was made out of frustration, and that he knows it was wrong.
In the statement he also apologized to both schools.
