Another accident in the County sent another man to the hospital last night after his vehicle went off the road and into a creek.

Police say the driver of the vehicle lost control, his car went into a creek, and flipped on it's top.
The driver was transported to a local hospital.
His condition is not known.

The last of two suspects wanted in connection to a Henry County murder is behind bars.
Fairfax County Police caught Michael DeLloyd Ward yesterday at a motel in Northern Virginia.
They're holding him on a grand larceny charge for the theft of a B-M-W he'd been driving.

The 34-year old Maryland resident was already wanted for second-degree murder and FIVE armed robberies in Henry County.

Smith was shot to death in an armed robbery in home a month ago.

Amherst County authorities are asking for the public's helpd in identify the body of a possible murder victim.
The body of a white female was discovered along a riverbank near Galt's mill yesterday by two deer hunters, one of them an off- duty Amherst County deputy.
The victim had no identification.
She's in her mid- 20's, about 5 feet 5 inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes.
She has a wound to upper body and police are treating her death as a homicide.
Anyone with information about the woman should call Amherst County authorities at 804- 929- 9300.

The parole of an inmate who embarrassed the Allen administration, is being reviewed following the resignation of Parole Board Chairman John Metzger.
Braxton Bumpers was to be released last month, but Metzger said the Parole Board decided to delay the release.
He said the board wanted to await a decision on whether to prosecute Bumpers on new charges.
Bumpers allegedly used current and former prison employees to buy a car, open bank accounts and acquire cellular phones in an apparent check-kiting scheme.
