Police say the driver of the vehicle lost control, his car went into a creek, and flipped on it's top.
The driver was transported to a local hospital.
His condition is not known, however police say he was conscious.

Amherst County authorities are still trying to identify a woman found dead near Galt's Mill yesterday.
The body of a white female was discovered along a riverbank by two deer hunters, one of them an off- duty Amherst County deputy.

She's in her mid- 20's, about 5 feet 5 inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes.
She has a wound to her upper torso and police are treating her death as a homicide.

The second suspect in last month's murder of a Henry County man is in custody.
Fairfax County Police caught Michael DeLloyd Ward yesterday at a motel in Northern Virginia.
They're holding him on a grand larceny charge for the theft of the B-M-W he'd been driving.

A chase that began in Bristol, Virginia ended when a Tennessee sheriff's deputy was struck and killed by the van authorities were pursuing.
Deputies arrested a 15-year-old boy, the driver of the van, and two 15-year-old girls at the scene yesterday.
Authorities say the chase began when Virginia authorities pursued a van believed to be stolen.
Deputy Steve Mullins was standing outside his cruiser on Tennessee Highway 44.
Witnesses say the van turned in the officer's direction, struck another car and knocked Mullins into a third vehicle.

Deel admitted shooting Jarrells and said Mrs. Jarrells was involved in the plot.

"The American President" has charm, intelligent and sometimes very funny dialogue and insight into the deal making that drives American politics.

As long as the movie concentrates on the romance and especially Sydney's discomfort with the limelight, it works.

The parole of an inmate who embarrassed the Allen administration, is being reviewed following the resignation of Parole Board Chairman John Metzger.
Braxton Bumpers was to be released last month, but Metzger said the Parole Board decided to delay the release.
He said the board wanted to await a decision on whether to prosecute Bumpers on new charges.
Bumpers allegedly used current and former prison employees to buy a car, open bank accounts and acquire cellular phones in an apparent check-kiting scheme.

About 200 less fortunate Roanokers are expected at an annual Thanksgiving dinner today.

RAM House volunteers have been busy cooking the dinner since Monday and started planning it last month.
