Thousands marched with Serb flags, protest banners, and signs in the streets.
Children were also drafted for the march as symbols of those hurt by the accord.
Many marchers vowed to stay in their homes, even though this territory would eventually be ruled by a Muslim-Croat federation.
Protestors say they fear loss of property, even death, if the city comes under Muslim rule.
The agreement is to be signed next month in Paris.

Authorities say the identification was made through photographs of the remains that were found in the Angeles National Forest.

The remains had been buried in a makeshift grave, and were those of a blond woman.
The coroner's office will conduct an autopsy, and make a positive identification.
Magazine photographer Charles Rathbun is being held under investigation of murdering Sobek.
Rathbun told authorities he'd accidentally struck and killed Sobek with a sport utility truck during a photo shoot, panicked, then buried her body.
Sobek, a former Los Angeles Raiders cheerleader, has been missing since November 16th.

Police say 36-year-old, Brian Kent Dooley was traveling north on route 8-11 in Bedford County around 1-30.
He apparently lost control of his Corvette as he rounded a curve.
The car hit an embankment and flipped.
Dooley was thrown from his car.
He died at the scene.

The game was tied 2 to 2 at the end of regulation and Roanoke won it 3 to 2.

Today the students and teachers involved in the project gathered to remember old times.

Raleigh Court Elementary's sixth grade class of 19-69 met in the cafeteria for lunch.
The braces are gone and so is a little hair off the top, but they all seemed to agree the feelings of friendship are still there.
Back in '69 overcrowding prompted school officials to turn a storage room into a classroom.
The class had only 16 members.
There were no desks.
The students sat around tables.
