Gary Gammon died and his wife was critically injured in the Carroll County

But the prosecutor says Chris was told his rights and gave his statement
without asking anyone to be there with him.

Sportsman racing division will be replaced at his track next year.

Charlotte, in the Sportsman division.
Russell Phillips was killed at the track almost two months ago in this
accident.

Indians was convicted today of reckless operation of a motor
vehicle on private property. Belle pled no contest to chasing
teenagers who had ``egged'' his home on Halloween. Belle's car
ended up on a neighbor's lawn. The Indians' slugger was fined
one-hundred dollars.
