The high-end grocery chain will put a 59- thousand- square- foot store on the site along route 2-21.
That's double the size of most of the stores it has in this area.
The president of Harris Teeter says 220 full and part-time workers will be hired.
The company is excited about the move because it's demolishing the building now on the site, and is designing its own store from the ground up.
