21-year-old James Burmeister and 20-year-old Malcom Wright are due in court today charged with TWO counts each of first-degree murder.
Both men are in the 82nd Airborne Division.
Police say the soldiers killed Jackie Burden and Michael James because they were black.

Green was accused of killing 39- year- old Hubert Boris Oaks.
Police say Green was dating Oaks' estranged wife at the time of the shooting.

The probe, released from the Galileo spacecraft last night, entered Jupiter's atmosphere on a suicide plunge.
Scientists have been anxiously awaiting the weather and chemical data from the probe, which was released by Galileo in July.
Galileo has been in space for six years traveling some two- point- three billion miles.

A Greenbrier County man was KILLED yesterday after his van slid on an icy section of Interstate 64 and hit a tractor-trailer near Lewisburg, West Virginia.
Police say 76-year-old Clarence Allen LSOT control of the van as it slid on
the ice, and it went over the median and hit the truck head-on.
The driver of the rig suffered minor injuries.
