The blaze gutted five buildings and injured more than 24 workers, nine critically.
Investigators say it looks like the blaze started with a boiler explosion and quickly spread to surrounding buildings.
High winds and frigid temperatures hampered firefighters' efforts and some people living nearby had to be evacuated.
The fire is expected to throw some 14-hundred people out of work.

A chemical plant fire in North Carolina called for the temporary evacuation of hundreds near Lenoir.
The fire reportedly began early yesterday afternoon in a vat where employees were mixing compounds.
Several 55-gallon drums of chemicals were stored on the premises and exploded when heated by the fire.
The flames sent up billowing black smoke that could be seen 20 miles away in Hickory.
Homes and businesses within a mile of the plant were evacuated.
They were allowed to return around 5 last night.

Authorities say one of the suspects has family living in Virginia.
The men are suspected of squeezing a flammable liquid into a token booth and lighting it.

50- year old Harry Kaufman was inside and died Sunday from second and third degree burns.

Montgomery County officials want to know more about how the Smart Road would affect the New River Valley and now they have a list of ways to find out.

Last night, the Smart Road committee revealed a list of questions to the Montgomery County Board of Supervisors.
Board members want the answers from V-DOT before proceeding with plans to build the Smart Road.
The 92 questions focus on the Smart Road's economic and environmental impact on the area's rural landscape.
Meanwhile, the board passed a resolution on land condemnation procedures in agricultural and forestry districts.
Those rules will apply to V-DOT whenever it re-applies to build the Smart Road.
