A Danville teenager is dead following a single vehicle accident on New
Year's Day.
Police say 19-year-old Rodney Wayne Adams was driving along Route 640 in
Pittsylvania County, when he lost control on a curve, ran off the road and
struck some trees.
Adams died at the scene.
