Blue Ridge man.
The body of 26 year old Christopher Lee Wilson was found yesterday at
the auto shop where he worked.
Madonna testified today at the trial of the man accused of stalking her.
She said Robert Hoskins threatened her with a crazed look.

Police say they are also baffled.

This case was classified as suspicious.
Now police wants the public's help with a few clues.

A 15- year old Henry County teen charged with killing his stepfather has
been released to his mother's custody.
The shooting happened Sunday night at the victim's home in Fieldale.
Authorities say the teen and his stepfather were struggling over a 22-
caliber rifle when the weapon discharged.
According to investigators, 30- year old James Nelson Marshall, Junior was
shot in the chest.
The young man was ordered to wear an electronic monitoring device while at
home and undergo counseling.
The 8 million dollar lawsuit against Virginia Tech and two of its football
players is NOT just about an alleged rape.
That according to the attorney who's suing for the dollar figure the Sugar
Bowl paid out.
She says she wants to make a point about how colleges deal with women and

Bryant Richard Ross and his wife were breaking up during the Christmas
holidays after seven years of marriage.
Saturday night Vickie Ross was found dead in her stolen car. Now HE's in
the City Jail.
The 36-year old suspect was in court today.
The judge read the three felony charges: murder, use of a firearm and auto
Vickie's friends and family say her estranged husband had been stalking her
and tricked her into returning to the apartment.

Madonna took the stand today saying a man charged with stalking her
threatened her life and haunted her nightmares.
As Manuel Gallegus reports, a judge ordered the singer to appear in court
at the trial of Robert Hoskins.

((Hoskins faces five felony counts of stalking, making terrorist threats,
and assault. Hoskins allegedly broke into Madonna's Hollywood Hills estate
three times. The last time in May he was shot by one of Madonna's security
guards. Hoskins allegedly attacked the guard and told him he would slit

That testimony came from the preliminary hearing. There were no cameras
allowed in the courtroom this time for the trial. Madonna was the first
witness. She testified she was sick to her stomach at being in
the same room as Hoskins. She said Hoskins threatened her with a crazed look
in her eye once while she rode a bicycle one morning. Hoskin's attorney said
they don't have a case.

Madonna apparently did not want to come to court. Her attorney said she
was even willing to drop the charges. But the prosecution wanted Madonna's
testimony to bolster its case, so a judge threatened her with a five million
dollar arrest warrant if she failed to show for court again. To protect the
star Madonna's attorney Nick Dewitt had asked the court
to allow Madonna to testify on videotape or with Hoskins outside the courtroom.
The motion was denied.

A homemade parcel bomb that put a priest in the hospital- may not have hit
the intended target.
Federal investigators say the bomb may have been meant for a former ATF
agent who lives in the area.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms says a note at the scene reads:

Agents say the bomb was intended to kill and calls the priest's survival a

week, and last night the Cavs dropped their ACC opener at home to Florida
