Traces of alcohol were found in the body of a pilot who flew an American Airlines Jet into a Colombian mountain.

The alcohol may have been produced after death by blunt trauma, which triggers a chemical process that produces alcohol.
More testing will be done to determine if the pilot was drinking.
The crash killed 160 people December 20th.

He was a suspect in the October fatal shooting of 25- year old Orbin Smith.
Ward was released this afternoon after a preliminary hearing.
