Roanoke city police make a BIG drug sweep -- this week charging 66 people
with SELLING crack cocaine to undercover police officers.
The investigation began in July after residents complained that dealers
were boldly hawking drugs on street corners to passing motorists.
FOUR juveniles were among those charged.

The eight- million dollar lawsuit AGAINST Virginia Tech and TWO of its
football players is NOT just about an alleged rape.
THAT according to the attorney who's suing for the dollar figure the Sugar
Bowl paid out.
She says she wants to make a point about HOW colleges deal with WOMEN and
RAPE.
Ellen Qualls spoke with attorney Eileen Wagner.

So when former Virginia Tech student Christy Brzonkala (bron-KALA) came to
her with an alleged rape, and a football player whose suspension was lifted in
time for the fall season, Eileen Wagner hit the field running.
