Southwest and Central Virginia continues to dig out from the big snow of '96.
Roanoke expects to have all of its sidestreets cleared by Thursday.
Lynchburg says it should have residential roads pushed by tomorrow afternoon.
The state says its primary roads are all cleared, but some have a thin layer of packed snow on some of them.
Snowplow crews expect to get to all the secondary roads by late this week.
Still, crews know they won't be able to please everyone.
Len Besthoff has the story.
