Russell Damron says these estimates are mostly for fender benders and small dents and dings caused by weather related accidents.
The weather has also caused damage to buildings and homes.
Mike Bailey says ice and water are usually the main culprits.
And if you have to file a claim be patient, Bailey says the weather is keeping most insurance agents on their toes. ((THEY'RE GOING TO TRY TO PROCESS THE CLAIMS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE, PREFERABLY BY PHONE. SO GIVE AS MUCH DETAIL AS YOU CAN, DIMENSIONS, EXACT ITEMS THAT WERE DAMAGED.))
And Bailey says no matter what the damage is, file a claim.
He says let the company determine if the damage is covered by your policy.

After serving on city council for almost 24 years, Jim Taliaferro won't be running for re-election.

One of the most recent capital improvements was the new baseball stadium.

Today the county dedicated the Spring Hollow Water Treatment System.

Virginia took its third lead of the second half when Curtis Staples picks up the lose ball and hits the three pointer.
But Duke answered Chris Collins pulls up and hits the three from the corner and duke led 62 to 57 with six minutes left.
