whoever was responsible.
Investigators still don't know why a highrise in Chicago went up in flames
The fire claimed four lives and injured more than 40 people.
The smoke detectors in the apartment building were not working.

Authorities now have a suspect in Halifax County's first murder of the year.
Investigators are searching for 21- year old Louis Jordan Powell, Junior.
They say he also goes by the names, J-J Powell and J-J Drama.
Powell is suspected of shooting and killing 17- year old Jason Lamont
He was killed early New Years Day at the Super-Eight Motel in Riverdale.
Authorities say Powell is considered armed and dangerous.
A Bedford County woman was killed this afternoon when her car was struck
broadside by a moving truck on Route 460.
The accident happened in dense fog at the intersection of Routes 460 and
State police say this Ryder rental truck was headed west when 56- year- old
Barbara Ann Hill crossed the road in front of it.
The impact pushed Hill's car more than a hundred feet down the road.
Authorities believe she was killed instantly.

People trapped in the 145-unit apartment complex--got out any way they could.
Entire families waited in windows to be rescued by firefighters. Children
forced from their warm beds huddled in ambulances as the rescue effort
continued. This amateur video shows one firefighter crawling down a hallway on
his hands and knees checking for survivors.
Bystanders pitched in. Calvin Cunningham who lives near the cottage grove

After almost three years of debate, Virginia's Board of Education is hadning
a controversial guidance counseling decision over to local school boards.
The state says it'll now let local boards decide whether to let parents
"opt" their children IN to guidance counseling.
Current state policy requires parents to ask that their children be removed
from the counseling program.
Today's ruling gives local school boards until July first to decide.
It's a victory for a group of conservative parents who've said they don't
trust the school guidance counseling system.
