Manassas Delegate Bob Marshall's decided the way to get at on-line smut is
through the pocketbooks of the providers.
He provided some of it himself today to the House Committee on Corporations,
Insurance and Banking.
It must now decide how much one state legislature can or should do to
staunch the flow of pornography on the info- highway.
