Deputies recovered Ricky Lee Coleman's body from along a creek bank off
route 618 early Sunday morning.
That's three days after he'd been in a fight with 19 year old Jason Hibbs.
Authorities say afterwards, Hibbs, 20 year- old Eric Ball, and a 17 year-
old stuffed Coleman into the trunk of a car, then dumped him over the bank.
All three face charges of abduction and murder.

In Blacksburg, six Virginia Tech have been suspended for two semesters after
admitting they left a fellow student in a remote area of Montgomery County one
night last month.
All of the students involved were members of the university's Corps of
Cadets.
The university would not release their names.
A spokesman for the university says the students clearly violated the
school's hazing ban.

The Roanoke County Board Supervisors says it will raise the real estate tax
rate no more than two cents if voters approve a proposed bond issue.
The bonds would finance school construction including a replacement for
Cave Spring High School. A referendum is scheduled April 2nd.
The supervisors have not decided how they will finance the debt service on
the 37- million dollar proposal, but last night they asked the county attorney
to prepare a resolution committing to a maximum increase of two cents in the
real estate tax rate.
