Officials initially said they would not cite the landlord for possibly
violating property maintenance code.
Yesterday they called in commonwealth's attorney Don Caldwell to review the
case.

About 90 percent of the trail to the falls sustained major damages.
Rocks slid from saturated hillsides, and Little Stoney Creek deposited even

The floodwaters wiped out two bridges and severely damaged a third.
Much of the trail must be completely rebuilt, at an estimated cost of as
much as 300 thousand dollars.
But with cuts to the Forest Service budget, the question is when.
