Police say icy road conditions led to a fatal accident involving a White Sulphur Springs teenager.
They say 19-year-old Courtney Rexrode was driving west on Interstate 64 in Alleghany County early last night when the crash occurred.
A tractor trailer -- also heading west -- hit some ice when it tried to avoid an ANOTHER accident and jacknifed, blocking the road.
Rexrode rounded a curve and went under the trailer.
She died at the scene.
