Another woman had charged him with curse and abuse.

American Electric Power is replacing 39-hundred defective residential
electric meters the company has installed in Virginia since November 19-94.
The meters can slow or stop measuring power usage, cheating the company out
of revenue.
Across its seven-state service area, A-E-P will replace about 19-thousand
meters in the next few weeks.
The meters contain working parts made from metal that lacks a critical alloy
that gives them strength.
When the meters heat up, they tend to slow down or stop.
