The HOME was destroyed, but NO ONE was hurt.

Prosecutors in Wythe County may now seek a murder indictment against the 16
year- old charged with killing sheriff's deputy Cliff Dicker.

Today a circuit judge upheld a lower- court ruling to transfer Christopher
Shawn Wheeler to adult court.
Wheeler was 15 when he allegedly shot Dicker in December of 1994.

chance at rehabilitation.
But Judge Colin Campbell said given the severity of the crime, and the fact

At halftime of yesterday's NFL Pro-Bowl-- New York City police Sergeant
Michael Volino (Voe-lee-no) missed a 35-yard field goal.
The kick was on the mark, but landed around the 2-yard line.
The "Million Dollar Kick" was sponsored by Hershey's.
It wasn't a total bust-- Volino not only got a free trip to Hawaii, he was
awarded ten thousand dollars for missing the kick.
Volino gained national attention for selecting the trip over taking the
N-Y-P-D's officer test to become a Lieutenant.
