Police say a child playing with a cigarette lighter sparked the blaze.

Blacksburg, Lynchburg and Roanoke all beat the coldest temperatures on record for the date.
This last winter storm has claimed at least four lives in Virginia.

Last week we told you about reshuffling by First Union that will create 50 new jobs in the Roanoke area.
Now the bank will overhaul a much larger division.
Workers learned a department that processes checks and deposits is part of a "re-engineering" program.
Some functions will transfer out of the area.
First Union says this won't negatively impact its workforce here.
The bank will transfer people or put them in other jobs if they're qualified.
200 people work in the affected division.
Altogether, First Union has 22-hundred employees here.
