A fourth teen has been found guilty of voluntary manslaughter, and two others have been convicted of conspiracy.
The case exposed problems with Philadelphia's police dispatch system. Seven 9-1-1 operators were disciplined over a 40-minute delay in sending help.

The cold weather is being blamed for the death of a Giles County man.
Authorities say the body of 46- year- old William Mullins was found Saturday on his front lawn-- within 10- feet of his home in the Wolf Creek area.
Officials say Mullins had a history of medical problems-- and apparently died of exposure.
The county's coroner will determine the official cause of death.
His death brings the statewide total of weather -related fatalities to six.
An elderly Hanover County man died of a heart attack Sunday after shoveling snow.

The record low temperatures are setting records for electricity demand.
American Electric Power customers in Virginia, West Virginia and Tennessee set a new peak of six-thousand-908 mega-watts at nine a-m yesterday.
That beat the previous high of six-thousand-889 mega-watts.
In the meantime, the weather is being blamed for power outages and water main breaks, in addition to all kinds of other problems.

Doctors at Pennsylvania University will try to determine if the suspected killer suffers from organic brain dysfunction.
Du Pont faces charges of killing world-class wrestler David Schultz at du Pont's estate outside Philadelphia last month.

Police arrested Phillip Orren last month- -TWO days AFTER he allegedly set fire to a house on Patterson Avenue with someone INSIDE.
Yesterday a Roanoke grand jury handed up indictments against Orren in SEVEN more arson cases in the same neighborhood.

The weekend snow and ice storms have been blamed for TWO more deaths, bringing the statewide total to SIX fatalities.
In Giles County, a friend found the body of 46-year-old William Mullins on Saturday in Mullins' front yard.
Mullins' body was covered with SEVERAL inches of snow. The cause of death was NOT immediately known.
Over in Hanover County, an elderly man died of a heart attack Sunday AFTER he finished shoveling snow.
