For the second time in two days police are investigating the death of a
college student in Southwest Virginia.
Authorities are still awaiting blood test results to determine what killed a
Radford University student found dead in her dorm room Saturday.
Today, VIRGINIA TECH police recovered a body of a graduate student on THAT

Gillespie's husband told News-7 he last saw Theresa Saturday when they had
dinner at Maxwell's in Blacksburg.
He says he didn't report her missing because she had taken trips with
friends without telling him before.
The couple lived on Harrell Street in Blacksburg. Theresa's body was found
just a couple of blocks away, in an area where her husband says the two often
went jogging together.
Her body has been sent for an autopsy to determine how she died.

They call it exotic dancing-- but to many in Montgomery County, their
performances are obscene.
Tonight, the county board of supervisors passed an ordinance that'll put a
controversial strip club under wraps.

Also tonight, Radford City Council passed two ordinances to prohibit public
nudity and obscenity.
No word on how exactly the new regulations will affect Radford's new exotic
club, Bumpers Cafe.

Both the Roanoke City Police and State Police Internal Affairs are
investigating a routine traffic stop that landed a man in the hospital and
later in jail.
Now some community leaders say they want justice.

(( 30-year-old Steven Leftwich had to be assisted by his mom to judge's bench
One eye closed shut, limping and with a swollen face... he alleges Roanoke
City Police Officers beat him without cause.
However, police contend Leftwich attacked two officers and a trooper during
a traffic stop.
The incident happened Sunday morning on Campbell Avenue around 3:30.
The driver, Leftwich's cousin William Hayden says the police pulled him over
for a broken taillight.
He says during the stop police ordered Leftwich out of the passenger seat to
Hayden says that's when the beating began.
We attempted unsuccessfully to speak with one of the officers identified by
Leftwich as being involved in the altercation.

Jeffrey Williams is referring to allegations of police misconduct made by
his distant relative, Pam Carter.
Williams say Carter was upset about the night she and her husband were
brought in for questioning surrounding the murder of a Danville Winn Dixie
He says Pam Carter complained she was in handcuffs and so scared she
urinated on herself, but wasn't allowed to change clothes.
No charges related to the case were ever filed against the couple-- but
Williams say the fact he looked into the matter cost him his job.

Danville's police chief isn't commenting on Williams' case, nor that of a
Sam Sakellaris, Junior says he was beaten by two Danville police officers
during a routine traffic stop.
In his lawsuit, he further alleges, the practice was tolerated and

Students at Wytheville Community College planning to pursue a four- year
degree at Radford University will find transferring easier.
The schools have struck a guaranteed admission agreement for students who
sign a letter of intent with Radford and graduate with a "C" average from
Radford hopes to increase its enrollment.
And W-C-C students who opt for the deal will receive the same privileges as
Radford students while at Wytheville.

The bikers enter from the back door, pedal through the main room, and exit

Newspaper reports out of Florida reported today that former Virginia Tech
football assistant Ron Zook has been named the defensive Coordinator for the
