The U-S Justice Department has decided to intervene as a plaintiff in the pending civil case against Virginia Tech and two football players.
The woman who is alleging she was raped by the players says going public with her story has already been a nightmarish ordeal.
She talked with News-7's Ellen Qualls late this afternoon from the campus of George Mason University, which she now attends.
