and a State Police Trooper acted with reasonable force when they subdued and
arrested Steven Leftwich over the weekend.
Leftwich made public complaints of brutality following the incident early

In an UN-related case today, the judge dismissed criminal charges that he

license.

Morrison into VASAP's Youthful Offender program.
