In an UN-related case today, the judge dismissed criminal charges that he destroyed property and stole money from a Blacksburg night spot in December.

Judge Thomas Frith also dismissed a public drunkenness charge, but ordered Morrison into VASAP's Youthful Offender program.
If he successfully completes the six- week course, he'll only have to pay 100 dollars of a 500- dollar fine.
Morrison's lawyer says the ruling will not affect Morrison's case in the federal lawsuit Brzonkala has filed.
