date in court this morning.

Benjamin Lilly is accused of murdering Alexander DeFilippis (DEE-filipis) on
December 5th.
He faces a capital murder charge.
Police say Lilly and two other men abducted DeFilippis (DEE-filipis) outside
a convenience store, killed him and dumped his body near railroad tracks.
Lilly's brother, Mark Anthony, and Gary Wayne Barker are the other two
facing charges.

because of a computer glitch.
