A man charged with carjacking and killing a Virginia Tech student, has a date in court this morning.

Benjamin Lilly is accused of murdering Alexander DeFilippis (DEE-filipis) on December 5th.
He faces a capital murder charge.
Police say Lilly and two other men abducted DeFilippis (DEE-filipis) outside a convenience store, killed him and dumped his body near railroad tracks.
Lilly's brother, Mark Anthony, and Gary Wayne Barker are the other two facing charges.

The Lottery Department has temporarily suspended the sale of on-line tickets because of a computer glitch.

Only instant-game, scratch-off tickets were available yesterday.
No tickets were sold for Pick Three, Pick Four, Cash Five and Lotto games.
Technicians at the lottery's data center are working to straighten out the problem and bring the system back up sometime today.
