A 16-year-old girl is dead following an accident in Augusta County last night.
Angela Marie Karr of Craigsville was a passenger in a car traveling southbound on route 42 in Augusta Springs.

That means criminal activity may be at the root of the failed ADAPT welfare computer system we first told you about three weeks ago.
