19-year old Sherell Hairston was Daryl's younger sister.
On Tuesday-- family members were notified of her death.
The young woman's body and that of her 25- year old boyfriend, Darrell Womack, were discovered outside an abandoned store in the Sandy River Community of Pittsylvania County.
Today-- police located their main suspect.
Based on an anonymous call, they went to a home on Route 610 in the community of Axton.
It was there they spotted Mark Anthony Carter's vehicle and moved in.
Incidentally, this was the second time this week Carter's come face to face with an officer.
On Sunday, he told Henry County police he'd been robbed at gunpoint while on his way to pick up a pizza using 100- dollars in cash belonging to a relative.
Authorities suspect his story was a hoax.

29- year- old Deanna Kidd was killed when she fell beneath the wheels of her boyfriend's tow truck in the Graves Mill Shopping Center.
Police say Kidd and 26- year- old Robert Evans had argued earlier in the day.
Kidd apparently had climbed onto the truck several times while Evans was driving through the parking lot.
The last time she reportedly slipped and fell underneath the trucks' left rear wheel.
Police did not charge Evans after other eyewitnesses confirmed his version of the accident.
The investigation, however, is continuing.

38- year- old Randall E. Faris is charged with murder in the death of 36- year- old Bobby Anthony Carter.

Authorities say 446 gallons of white lightening were found in the back of their vehicle Tuesday night... after Sheriff's deputies in Frederick County pulled them over for reckless driving.
Officials at the State Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission say the whiskey probably came from a large operation.
And there were reports agents were searching for a still in Franklin County.
But an A-B-C spokesman says there is currently no investigation.
