The President called for Congress to pass a bill compensating victim's relatives. Franklin County Sheriff's deputies are at the scene of a shooting at this hour.
It's believed the shooting happened about 8:15 tonight- in a trailer on route 760.
That's across the street from the Henry Elementary School.

21 year old Christopher Thomas Mirch died early Saturday morning when fire broke out at the Delta (TAU- KIE) Tau Chi fraternity house on Grove Avenue.
His body was found in an upstairs bedroom.
Investigators still don't know what started the blaze.
But the medical examiner has determined Mirch died from smoke and carbon monoxide inhalation, and alcohol intoxication.
Mirch's blood alcohol level was more than two and a half times the legal limit.

All three bodies were found in Susan Asbury's Fairfax Point townhome.
