Authorities now believe today's car crash in Israel was an accident.
A Palestinian American smashed his car into Israeli's waiting at a bus
One person was killed and more than a dozen others injured.
When the driver exited his car, he was shot and killed by onlookers.
Officials initially said the accident was intentional.
But later they recanted that statement noting the long skid marks on the
road that indicate the driver tried to stop.
The accident comes just as Israelis are burying the dead from yesterday's
suicide bombing that killed 25 people-- two of them Americans.
Blacksburg police still aren't saying who fired the fatal shots in a double
murder- suicide, but the picture is becoming more clear.
Two men and a woman were found dead Friday in a townhouse at Fairfax Point.

Doctor David Oxley says 21 year- old Christopher Thomas Mirch died from
inhaling smoke and carbon monoxide, and alcohol intoxication.
Mirch's blood alcohol level was point-two-five.
His body was found in an upstairs bedroom of his Delta Tau Chi fraternity
house on Grove Avenue.
Officials are awaiting lab analysis of materials from the scene to determine
what started the fire.

Investigators are still trying to determine what caused a series of violent
incidents in Bedford County last night.
SUPER=03-Bedford Co./Last Night
The Bedford County Sheriff's Department says two people were struck by
pellets from a 12-gauge shotgun in Moneta around 8:30.
The alleged gunman, 31-year-old George Arthur English of Moneta, surrendered
to Franklin County authorities soon after.
But the excitement didn't end there.
A short while later, deputies were summoned to Bedford where a scuffle broke
out among friends of the gunshot victims who were at Bedford Memorial Hospital.
Both victims are recovering from their injuries.

Being diagnosed with cancer is often a terrible surprise.
It frightens us because we associate it with pain, suffering and death.
Cancer means some cells have lost their normal controls and will multiply,
grow uncontrollably, invade healthy tissue, spread and if unchecked, eventually
kill by overwhelming the body.
Cancer can basically occur in any cell or any kind of tissue in the body.
Some of these cancers are aggressive, while others are more benign.
Some respond to treatment, others don't.
What they all do have in common is that they probably get their start from
an accumulation of genetic abnormalities.
IN Q=We believe
((DR. MICHAEL OSBORNE/STRANG CANCER PREVENTION CENTER: WE BELIEVE THERE'S A
LARGE NUMBER OF SEQUENTIAL GENETIC MUTATIONS WHICH WOULD BE LIKE WINNING THE
JACKPOT AT ATLANTIC CITY. WHEN ALL THE RIGHT COMBINATIONS AND PERMUTATIONS
COME UP. THAT CELL WILL BECOME FULLY TRANSFORMED AND CAPABLE OF INVADING AND
OUT Q=and spreading.
Each cell contains vast amounts of DNA that instruct how a cell is supposed
to behave. Now sophisticated lab techniques are making it possible to unravel
the genetic alterations that lead to cancer.
IN Q=It's the collection
((DR. RICHARD KLAUSNER/NATIONAL CANCER INSTITUTE:IT'S THE COLLECTION OF
MISTAKES AND CHANGES IN DNA CAUSED BY CHEMICAL, BY THINGS IN THE DIET, BY
HORMONES AND BY JUST THE NATURAL MISTAKES THAT ARE MADE.))
OUT Q=that are made.
Once given its genetic start, a growing cancer still has to avoid the body's
immune system, make its own blood vessels to get nourishment, and create
chemical changes to invade healthy tissues.
The complexity of it all can make treatment difficult.
IN Q=There's many
((DR.KLAUSNER: THERE'S MANY WAYS TO GET TO THAT ABNORMAL BEHAVIOR. WE'RE GOING
TO HAVE TO LEARN FIRST TO TRULY IDENTIFY WHAT EACH CANCER IS. AND WE'RE
GETTING TO THAT POINT. AND THEN WE'RE GOING TO HAVE TO BE ABLE TO DESIGN
THERAPIES THAT ARE APPROPRIATE FOR EACH CANCER.))
OUT Q=each cancer.
So cancers get their start from genetic errors that pile up.
Researchers think that 80-percent of these genetic abnormalities result
from things in the environment or in our lifestyle.
But it's important to understand these environmental factors and our
risks-- beyond the headlines.
For example, many people are worried about living near power lines, and
the effects of electromagnetic fields.
IN Q=Is it the power
((DR. HOWARD TORMAN/CBS MEDICAL CORRESPONDENT: IS IT THE POWER LINE ITSELF, IS
IT THE PERSON, THE HOUSE, IS IT THE GROUND THE POWER LINE SITS ON, ANY NUMBER
