Jerusalem police today tried to reconstruct the scene- to figure out how a car crashed into people waiting at a bus stop.
The driver was shot and killed by onlookers.
First there was a declaration the incident was a deliberate attack, then word that the driver had tried to stop.

One person was killed and two dozen injured in the crash.

Witnesses say the car was headed west when the driver apparently lost control and spun across the median.
The car slammed into a truck from Alabama.
The driver of the rig walked away from the crash.

A Franklin County woman is in the hospital tonight after her five year old son apparently shot her by accident last night.

Authorities say it happened at this trailer on route 760 in the Henry community at about 8:15.
Investigators say the boy's parents were living together-- but had recently separated.
The boy's father, Lowell Rector, was talking with the mother, Belinda Sink outside a truck.
Authorities say their son was inside the truck with a loaded 22- caliber rifle, when it went off.

The most extensive study ever of women with breast implants makes a direct link between the implants and a higher risk for disease.
Some researchers say it shows once and for all that the implants DO pose a health risk for connective tissue diseases like rheumatoid arthritis.
Maker Dow Chemical, which is being sued by thousands of women with implants, downplays the findings.
The findings are reported in the latest edition of the Journal of the American Medical Association.

An F-D-A panel has recommended AGAINST a device that can painlessly measure blood sugar.
The panel says so far it doesn't appear the device is accurate enough.
Insulin-dependent diabetics currently need to prick a finger to get blood to test.
They're supposed to do it several times a day, but 70 percent don't test themselves even once a day, putting them at risk for serious complications.
