All three bodies were found in Susan Asbury's Fairfax Point townhome.

broke out at the Delta (TAU- KIE) Tau Chi fraternity house on Grove Avenue.

Mirch's blood alcohol level was more than two and a half times the legal
limit.

An Amherst Circuit judge yesterday ordered Irvan to pay a 100-dollar fine
after Irvan pleaded guilty to destruction of property as part of a plea
agreement.
Earlier, a General District Court judge sentenced Irvan to 60 days in
jail, with 50 suspended, and a 100-dollar fine on theft charges.

A Volvo owned by Lieutenant Governor Don Beyer was stopped for speeding in
Chesterfield County Saturday, but the driver was LET OFF with a WARNING.
Beyer was NOT driving when police officers clocked the car going 73 miles

He was sitting in the passenger seat while driver Chris Elliott piloted the
car with the lieutenant governor's license plates, numbered "1".
