All three bodies were found in Susan Asbury's Fairfax Point townhome.

An Amherst Circuit judge yesterday ordered Irvan to pay a 100-dollar fine after Irvan pleaded guilty to destruction of property as part of a plea agreement.
Earlier, a General District Court judge sentenced Irvan to 60 days in jail, with 50 suspended, and a 100-dollar fine on theft charges.
