The felony charges stem from a fatal house fire

An oven was left on for several hours-- igniting a container of kerosene nearby.

Minnie Katherine Williams was killed when her flatbed tow truck was crushed between two tractor trailers at the rest area on I-81.
Today lawyers for her estate settled a 15 million dollar lawsuit against the trucking company, Dynamic Express, and the two truck drivers.
Williams' children, ages seven and nine will benefit from monthly payments for life and a college fund.

The use of Ritalin among children in the United States is causing new concern. The drug is used to treat hyperactive children.
Now the The International Narcotics Control Board says the drug is being over-prescribed.
A report calls for all governments to watch for over use of the Ritalin family of drugs.
It also wants the World Health Organization to investigate.
The agency warns there's also a black market where teens buy or steal the stimulant from younger kids and then abuse it.
The United Nations agency says up to five percent of all U-S school children take the drug daily.
Ninety percent of the sales are in the U-S.
