That decision followed a special state police investigation.

The man accused of murdering a Danville bartender more than five years ago was found NOT guilty, less than an hour ago.

The victim's burning car was discovered in September of 1990 by passersby who also reported seeing a brown van nearby.
DeShazo's body was discovered nearby-- six days later.
The defense continued to present its case this morning.
One witness who was cross examined said the van she saw was "plain"-- not detailed like the one that belonged to Martin.

Ken Simpson's sculpture depicts a fireman holding the lifeless body of a child.
Simpson made the trip to Oklahoma himself, together with Dan Kauffman of Gates Transfer which donated use of the truck.
The sculpture doesn't have a home yet... but could go in the park that's been proposed to replace the bombed out federal building. (----------------)
