In Virginia, the House of Delegates last night rejected the Senate
amendments requiring pregnant teens to notify their parents before an abortion.
That's a surprise, because a majority of the Delegates are in favor of
parental notification.
So the fate of the landmark legislation is up in the air again.
But in just getting to the Senate floor yesterday, it leapt its biggest
hurdle in 17 years.
