It happened in suburban Manila where it is already early Tuesday.

There's no official report on the cause, but radio reports say a cooking
fuel tank exploded.

women in Virginia.
State police spokeswoman Lucy Caldwell says a segment on "America's Most
Wanted" Saturday prompted about 70 calls.
