The plaintiff, Pat Brunson of Floyd County, claims Dr. Korsh told him his back was so badly hurt, that without spinal fusion surgery he'd be paralyzed.
Brunson says he was told he'd be 99-percent pain free, with full mobility following the surgery.
But that was not the case, says Brunson.
He claims he's now hurting worse than ever, following surgery with the pedicel screws.
The trial brought spectators-- interested in how this case would affect their own cases against Korsh.
