He says the doctor told him he'd be pain-free and fully recovered with the surgery.
Without it, he could be paralyzed.
Brunson says now, he's still in constant pain.
The defense though hired a private investigator, to videotape Brunson working on his horse farm.
In the tape, he's riding, pulling, bending and squatting-- though he says since the taping, he's even worse off.
Brunson and Korsh are also former friends-- and it's not the first time they've been tied up legally.

Roanoke County's experiment with curbside recycling may be history.
Supervisors say the cost of expanding the program is prohibitive, and they're proposing a different approach.
(----------------)
VO-NAT
SUPER=03-Roanoke Co./File Tape;

Roanoke County has offered curbside recycling on a limited basis since 1988, but the program has been extended to only ten percent of the county's residents.
Faced with the cost of replacing a worn- out truck and expanding the program county- wide, some supervisors believe there's a better alternative: Sorting recyclables at the trash transfer station or the landfill.
