Pulaski County authorities say they'll have to rely on an autopsy to identify the victim of an early morning fire.

Firefighters recovered the body in the living room.
One person lived in the trailer, but the victim was burned beyond recognition.

A Roanoke woman is blaming her landlord for the house fire that killed her four children and mother.

In a lawsuit filed yesterday in Roanoke Circuit Court, Patricia Leftwich says her landlord's negligence made the house a firetrap.
She says the rental property on Stewart Avenue was dangerous because it had faulty wiring and did NOT have a fire wall.
Leftwich is suing Rupert Jack Richards, Senior, and WTS of Virginia, for more than 1-point-3 million dollars.
