Roanoke County voters have rejected a proposed 37- point- four million dollar
school bond referendum that called for the construction of a new high school.

1-thousand 649 "no."
The measure was defeated in Vinton. The tally 1-thousand 431 "no" and 517

the Retarded" or C-T-R.
