Lisa Aliff wants additional visitation rights with her five year old son. The boy is currently staying with his father Rick Hawkins. Last year Aliff, who lived in California, was charged with parental kidnapping after she did not return the boy to Virginia in time to start school.
Those charges were dropped and Aliff has since moved back to the Roanoke Valley. Because of that she says circumstances have changed and more visitation should be permitted. Judge William Sweeney did not decide the matter today.
