The Montgomery County Commonwealth's Attorney says he will decide by next
week whether to prosecute a criminal case against two Virginia Tech football
players accused of rape.
State police have completed an investigation into a student's allegation
she was raped by the two Tech football players.
They've turned the results over to Montgomery County Commonwealth's
Attorney Phil Keith.
